GKS Manufacture Center
GKS R&D Production Base, located in Dongyuan County, Heyuan City, Guangdong Province, lies along the Wanlv Lake, a well-known scenic spot of Guangdong. The Phase I Project of the base was completed and put into operation in 2008. With an area of 130,000 m2, Phase I Project covers a building area of about 68,000 m2, including factories, office buildings and living quarters.
By virtue of the integration of numerous important departments like technology research and development, processing and manufacturing, customer service center and warehouse logistics, the base becomes the core of GKS.

GKS Processing Plants
Automation Coating Line- The most advanced spray finishing line of China with a full set of equipment imported from Switzerland.
- As the most environmental-friendly process of the world, automatic closed continuous spray process is adopted in spray finishing pretreatment.
- The circulating spray booth with advanced technologies is available for the complete recycling of spraying materials.
- Boasting advanced technologies of surface spraying treatment, colored drawing and thermal transfer printing, it is able to provide customers with products produced based on fluorocarbon spraying, polyester powder coating and polyester paint, as well as customized products with diversified pictures and colors.
- Its product features the beautiful surface due to the unique capability of chromatic aberration control and abundant colors.
- All products are applied with coating of international famous brands like Akzo Nobel, PPG and Tiger.

Metal Composite Panel processing plant- The center plays a leading role in the industry with established technologies of metal composite sheet processing and hot/cold-press moulding.
- With the largest dust-free and homothermal pre-forming workshop of the industry and the largest amount of isobarically hot composite molding machines, the center is available for the processing of various metal honeycomb sandwich materials (including aluminum honeycomb panels, stainless steel honeycomb panels and honeycomb color plates), non-metal honeycomb sandwich materials and corrugated sheets.
- Be able to provide a customer-oriented service to produce the building materials of various shapes (such as flat, arc-shaped and hyperbolic-shaped) and the 12,000 mm×2,000 mm oversized honeycomb sandwich plates or corrugated sheets.

Metal sheet processing plants
- Most processing equipment of the center is imported from Germany, USA and Italy, and all the key processes are completed by the imported equipment.
- Be able to provide a customer-oriented service to process the building materials into various complicated shapes (such as spherical plate, multi-curvature hyperbolic plate and fan-shaped arc plate).
- The working accuracy of equipment for precise CNC punching, straightening and planishing and bending formation plays a leading role in the industry.
- Boast the complete and mature processing technology for processing difficult-to-machine materials like anodized aluminum sheet and stainless steel plate.
- A large number of technical experts and skilled workers produce high-quality products by controlling each manufacturing process and being in line with technological processes.
