Needs identification: Communicate with Party A and the architect timely to understand their design concepts and decorative styles as well as requirements for various technical parameters of products and structures.

On-site survey: Carry out on-site survey to understand and grasp build structure features, spatial features, and interfacing & closing relations.

Preliminary scheme: Complete preliminary schemes according to customers’ requirements, architect’s concepts and site conditions.

Scheme improvement: Communicate with Party A, the architect and the building contractor on the preliminary scheme in a multi-method and multi-channel manner to make immediate feedbacks of information of all parties and make constant modification and improvement; meanwhile, perform calculation and validation of system structural load repeatedly in order to finalize the detailed design scheme.

Data measurement: Adopt professional tools to measure and extract data at each part of the building space and input the data into the computer database after repeated testing and verification.

Fitting modeling: Use professional software to build 3D models to perform surface fitting and surface segmentation. (Applicable to modeling and decorative surfaces with very complicated surface or hypersurface in special buildings).

Drawing and order placement: extract the precise size of each plate of veneer from the model, draw product layout drawings and parts drawings, formulate a list, and start the production process.

Scheme understanding: Technical support personnel on site understand and get familiar with the detailed design scheme and product type in advance;

Field familiarization: Survey the site repeatedly to understand the architectural style and structural features, and get familiar with each part as well as the interface relations between different veneers;

Training and disclosure: Make technical disclosure to the technical personnel and construction teams of the building contractor, explaining in detail the design scheme, installation procedures, GKS product properties, problems in installation and maintenance methods and so on according to the drawing;

Installation of template: Prior to large-area construction and installation, provide assistance and guidance on project template (section) installation;

Installation guide: provide overall assistance and guidance on large-area construction installation as well as quality supervision, timely solve product technical problems on site, and assist in completion of solutions for process interface, trim and closing between different disciplines.
