The GKS? metal tile ceiling refers to the metal ceiling product which is of square or rectangle panel. The product is widely used for interior ceilings in various buildings. An integral whole representation of normalized appearance and accurate measurement makes the overall decoration effect splendent and elegant.
The material of GKS? square ceiling is mainly composed of aluminum alloy sheet and galvanized steel sheet. However, the special metal materials such as titanium, zinc and copper can also be adopted according to the requirement of the customers. The commonly used aluminum alloy plate material includes AA3000 series aluminum-manganese alloy and AA5000 series aluminum-magnesium alloy, while the galvanized steel sheet usually includes Q235 cold-roll steel sheet, with continuous hot dip galvanizing treatment on the surface.
Common surface treatments for GKS? square ceiling include: roller coating (polyester baking or PVDF) and spray coating (polyester electrostatic powder coating, polyester baking finish and PVDF coating). If the anodized aluminum plate or stainless steel plate is adopted, surface coating treatment is usually not required. Besides, GKS can custom-make various colored drawing patterns via the advanced color printing and artistical perforating processes according to the customer's requirements.
GKS? square ceiling can be classified as plain panel and perforated panel in appearance. The perforated panel can not only perform a unique decorative effect, but to obtain a different sound absorption by controlling the perforating diameter and rate of the metal panel.
In addition to solid panel, GKS? metal tile ceiling can also be processed into composite panels of honeycomb structure and corrugated structure for main purpose of processing the supper large panel and the ceiling products with high requirement of flatness.
Suspension systems of the GKS? metal tile ceiling mainly include the concealed (clip-in) system, the exposed (lay-in) system, the hook-on system and the opening type suspension system which has a national patent.
