Product Overview
GKS? sun-shading louver system has features including sun shading, energy saving, environmental protection, ventilation and noise reduction. It is mainly applied to the inside, outside and top surfaces of glass curtain walls of modern architectures such as airport terminals, stations, exhibition venues and commercial premises. Different shaded effects of the sun-shading louver system are achieved by changing the blade rotation angle. The purposes of energy saving and environmental protection are achieved by means of regulating daylight and solar heat in different seasons. GKS? sun-shading louver can be classified into single louver, integrated louver and single plate sun-shading louver according to the composition of the product.
The materials of GKS? sun-shading louver system are dominated by aluminum alloy sheets and aluminum profile. The commonly used material of aluminum alloy sheet includes AA3000 series aluminum-manganese alloy and AA5000 series aluminum-magnesium alloy, while the material of aluminum alloy sectional bar is 6063T5.
Common surface treatment for GKS? sun-shading louver system includes electrostatic powder spray painting (for indoor) and PVDF spraying (for outdoor). If the anodized aluminum plate or stainless steel material is adopted, surface spraying treatment is usually not required.
