GKS? linear ceiling is applicable to the indoor and outdoor ceiling of various buildings. The specifications and dimensions are diversified and the structure is flexible. No matter which installation system is adopted, it embodies strong sense of line and visual guidance, creating concise atmosphere. 

The materials of GKS? linear ceiling mainly include aluminum alloy sheet and galvanized steel sheet. However, the special metal materials such as titanium, zinc and copper can also be adopted according to the requirement of the customers. The commonly used aluminum alloy plate material includes AA3000 series aluminum-manganese alloy and AA5000 series aluminum-magnesium alloy, while the galvanized steel sheet usually includes Q235 cold-roll steel sheet, with continuous hot dip galvanizing treatment on the surface.

Common surface treatment for GKS? linear ceiling includes: roller coating (polyester baking or PVDF) and spray coating (polyester electrostatic powder spraying, polyester baking and PVDF). If the anodized aluminum plate or stainless steel plate is adopted, surface treatment is usually not required. Besides, GKS can custom-make various colored drawing patterns via the advanced color printing and artistical perforating processes according to the customer's requirements.

GKS? linear ceiling can be classified as flat panel and perforation panel in appearance. The perforation panel cannot only create a unique decorative effect, but also to achieve diversified sound absorption needs by sound absorption by controlling the perforating diameter and perforating rate of the metal plate. 

In addition to standard solid aluminum panels, honeycomb or corrugated composite panels can be used as GKS? custom-made ceiling to meet the requirements for production of super-sized panels or ceiling products with high requirement for flatness.
