Product Overview

GKS? grid ceiling is characterized by wide view and space transparency; with lucid and uniformed lines and clear structure, it represents the concise modern architectural decoration style, applicable to every ceiling of the public building and space.

The material of GKS? grid ceiling is mainly composed of aluminum alloy sheet and galvanized steel sheet. The commonly used aluminum alloy plate material includes AA3000 series aluminum-manganese alloy and AA5000 series aluminum-magnesium alloy, while the galvanized steel sheet usually includes Q235 cold-roll steel sheet, with continuous hot dip galvanizing treatment on the surface.

Common surface treatment methods for GKS? grid ceiling include: roll pre-coating (roll pre-coating of the polyester baking finish or fluorine-carbon) and spray coating (polyester electrostatic powder spraying, polyester baking finish and fluorine-carbon spraying). If the anodized aluminum plate or stainless steel material is adopted, surface spraying treatment is usually not required. Besides, GKS can custom-make various colored drawing patterns via the advanced color printing and artistical punching processes according to the customer's requirements.

Technical Parameter Table

GKS? grid ceiling can be divided into main joist and auxiliary joist. Breaches are made on the upper part of the main joist and the lower part of the auxiliary joist, thus, grids of various specifications can be formed. GKS? grids series are divided into three types according to the grid section dimension and thickness:
a) Series GA
b) Series GB
