Product Overview
The metal facade panel is the metal product applied on the surface layer at exterior curtain facade, roof cornice, etc. GKS? metal facade panel has a great variety of products, with high dimensional precision, an advanced and reasonable structure and simple and convenient installation. The materials of the GKS? metal facade panel mainly include aluminum alloy plates and galvanized steel plates. The commonly used aluminum alloy plates includes AA5000 series aluminum-magnesium alloy and AA3000 series aluminum-magnesium alloy, while the galvanized steel plate usually includes Q235 cold-rolled steel plate, with continuous galvanization on the surface.
The common surface treatments for GKS? metal facade panel include: PVDF coating and electrostatic polyester powder coating. To strengthen the scratch-resistant property of the surface, the baked porcelain, the anodized aluminum plate or stainless steel plate is commonly used as the surface material.
The GKS? facade panels are dominated by plain plate and the metal perforation panel is applied in special positions (e.g. facades in the opera house and meeting room that requires sound insulation). The perforated panel not only has a unique decorative effect, but allows different sound absorption by controlling the hole diameter and open area of the metal panel.
In addition to standard solid aluminum panels, honeycomb or corrugated composite panels can be used as GKS? custom-made ceiling to enhance the flatness and impact-resistant strength of the product. In appearance, the GKS? facade panels are mainly plain or arc. The plain plates include square-shaped, strip-shaped, trapezoid, triangle and so on, while the arc plates include single-curved, double curved and other special arcs.
