GKS? special-shape suspended ceiling is a metal suspended ceiling product with a highly irregularly-shaped board, or with complex curved surface and a super-sized board. This product is manufactured through multiple procedures and with an extremely sophisticated process and requires a worker proficient in the technology using precision equipment to install, and thus its manufacturing cost is considerably higher than that of other common metal suspended ceiling products. Special-shape suspended ceiling, with an outstanding decorative effect and the strong expressiveness, can fully express the architect's personalized design concept. 

The materials of the GKS? special-shape suspended ceiling are dominated by aluminum alloy sheets and galvanized steel sheets. However, the special metal materials such as titanium, zinc and copper can also be adopted according to the requirement of the customers. The commonly used aluminum alloy plate material includes AA3000 series aluminum-manganese alloy and AA5000 series aluminum-magnesium alloy, while the galvanized steel sheet usually includes Q235 cold-roll steel sheet, with continuous hot dip galvanizing treatment on the surface. 

Common surface treatment methods for GKS? special-shape ceiling include: roll pre-coating process (pre-coating with polyester baking finish or fluorocarbon paint) and spray coating process (polyester electrostatic powder spray coating, spray coating with polyester baking finish and fluorocarbon coating). If the anodized aluminum plate or stainless steel material is adopted, surface spraying treatment is usually not required. Besides, GKS can custom-make various colored drawing patterns via the advanced color printing and artistical punching processes according to the customer's requirements. 

GKS? special-shape suspended ceiling can also be classified into the surface board and the punched board in appearance. The punched-plate can not only perform a unique decorative effect, but to obtain a different sound absorption by controlling the punching diameter and punching rate of the metal plate

In addition to the common single board type, GKS? special-shape suspended ceiling can also be machined into integrated section materials in honeycomb-shaped or corrugated structure, mainly used to process the super-sized board and the ceiling products with high requirement for flatness.
